Holy Gospel of Jesus Christ
Saint Mark 16,9-15

How to be or become a follower of Jesus Christ in the world and in your situation

« He said to them, "Go into the whole world and proclaim the gospel to every creature" ».

We cannot and must not doubt that Our Lord Jesus Christ has actually risen, as the Synoptic Gospels recount, otherwise everything would be useless and our faith, our hope, and therefore also our charity would be in vain.
For this reason, in every festive mass we confirm our faith by reciting the Nicene-Constantinopolitan symbol (the CREED) which is recited because it is 'repetita iuvant' that is 'repeating is good', since it expresses the truths of Faith that we must never forget

La misericordia di Dio
he appeared to them and rebuked them for their unbelief

Jesus Christ has always clearly shown that He does not like skepticism or hypocrisy, but is always ready to forgive and welcome everyone after every possible fall. We are human beings indeed, fallacious and sinners subject to temptation, but if we honestly seek and strive to follow Him and remain faithful, Faith is the essential gift we receive in return.

The disciples of that time had been with Jesus, they had seen what He was capable of, yet despite having seen and having been direct witnesses of the events that happened, they still did not believe. By rebuking them harshly for their unbelief, Jesus makes Himself known to them and commands that they make Him known throughout the world.
However God leaves us the freedom to believe or not to believe - otherwise we would have no merit if we were forced - and He asks for our active collaboration to make Him known to the world.
We too, as His disciples of yesterday, are therefore also obliged today to try to make the Holy Gospel known and meditated on by the whole world, as all the Apostles did in their time.

There are those who do apostolate like the author of this page, because by now he is old, or maybe one has external conditioning or doesn't have many opportunities to socialize; there are those who do it by announcing it in various ways to friends and others through the so-called 'social media'; but the best way for everyone is to do it by demonstrating that they are Christians through honesty and industriousness, love for the family, and also in relationships with our neighbors, for example even workmates in one's ordinary life, or with people with whom we have relationships or contacts.
We must not hide, rather we should show it, discreetly and without falling into ostentation, which could cause the opposite effect.
IN OUR DAILY PRAYER WE ASK JESUS TO HELP US IN THIS NOT EASY TASK, WHICH HE HIMSELF ASKS OF US, AND BEG OUR GUARDIAN ANGEL TO SUGGEST US WHAT IS BEST TO DO, AND HOW TO BEHAVE IN EVERY SITUATION.

HISTORICAL NOTE

I BELIEVE. (CREDO) The formula summarizes all the truths of our Faith, what a Christian MUST believe in. It is the Nicene-Constantinopolitan symbol (Symbolum Nicaenum Constantinopolitanum). It was originally composed of the formulation approved at the first council of Nicaea (325 AD) (to which extensions were added, also relating to the Holy Spirit, in the first council of Constantinople), it is a formula of faith relating to the uniqueness of God, to the nature of Jesus and, implicitly, even without using the term, to the trinity of divine persons.
It was drawn up following the disputes that swept through the church in the 4th century, above all because of the Christological theories of Arius (Arianism). The Nicene-Constantinopolitan symbol is widely used in Christian liturgy, it is in fact also recited during Holy Mass.

The term "symbol" derives from the Greek σύμβολον, which initially had the meaning of "identification card" or mark: two people broke a terracotta plate or a piece of wood in two and each held a part of it, so that, in a later time, the perfect matching of the two parts proved the identity of the persons. The symbol of faith is therefore the card or sign of recognition among the Christian faithfuls. In the Church of the first centuries there was a rite called Traditio Symboli (i.e. Delivery of the Symbol, or Creed) with which the Church, metaphorically, "put together" (this is the meaning of the Greek word symbolon) and "delivered" to the catechumens a sort of synthesis of truths to believe in.

Here's All that the Christian catholic must believe in order to say and be such.

I believe in one God, the almighty Father
Creator of heaven and earth,
of all things visible and invisible.

I believe in one Lord, Jesus Christ,
Only Begotten Son of God,
born of the Father before all ages:
God from God, Light from Light,
true God from true God,
begotten, not created,
of the same substance as the Father;
through him all things
they were created.

For us men and for our salvation
descended from the sky,
and by the work of the Holy Spirit
incarnated in the womb of the Virgin Mary
and he became a man.
He was crucified for us under Pontius Pilate,
he died and was buried.
On the third day he rose again,
according to the scriptures,
he ascended into heaven, sits at the right hand of the Father.
And he will come again, in glory
to judge the living and the dead,
and his kingdom will have no end.

I believe in the Holy Spirit,
that he is Lord and gives life,
and proceeds from the Father and the Son.
With the Father and the Son
He is worshiped and glorified,
and He spoke through the prophets.

I believe the Church,
One, Saint, Catholic and apostolic.

I profess only one Baptism
for the forgiveness of sins.
I look forward to the resurrection of the dead
and the life of the world to come.

Amen.

Don't worry ! the mercy of Jesus
  is INFINITE

Holy Gospel of Jesus Christ according to Saint Mark 16,9-15.

When Jesus had risen, early on the first day of the week, he appeared first to Mary Magdalene, out of whom he had driven seven demons.
She went and told his companions who were mourning and weeping.
When they heard that he was alive and had been seen by her, they did not believe.
After this he appeared in another form to two of them walking along on their way to the country.
They returned and told the others; but they did not believe them either.
(But) later, as the eleven were at table, he appeared to them and rebuked them for their unbelief and hardness of heart because they had not believed those who saw him after he had been raised.
He said to them, "Go into the whole world and proclaim the gospel to every creature."
